- Body weight squats x50
- 25 Burpees with pushup on decline & tuck jump on incline
- 10 tuck jumps
- 40 second rest
- Body weight Squats with Pulse x20 ( Normal squat but at the bottom pulse 4x & repeat 20x)
- Jumping jacks (touching toes on the decline) x50
- 100 Mountain Climbers
- 40 second rest
- 15 Hip Raises superset 100 High Knees x4 (Superset = continue one exercise after the other and repeat 4x through with no more than 30 seconds between set)
- Kettlebell swings x30 (squatting on the decline)
- Walking Lunges x25
- 40 Goblet Squats
